1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this webshop and purchasing digital products from www.misupatternsshop.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase products.
2. Products
All products sold on this site are digital PDFs, including patterns, material lists, and instructions for creating crafts and decorations.
- All products are intended for personal use only (instructions for personal crafting projects).
- You may not resell, redistribute, or share the PDFs.
- We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, and information.
3. Purchase and Delivery
- Upon successful payment, your product will be delivered digitally via a download link.
- No physical products will be shipped.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your device can access and download PDF files.
4. VAT Exemption
- This business is exempt from VAT under the Dutch small business scheme (KOR).
- As a registered participant of the Dutch KOR scheme, our store does not charge VAT on products sold, including digital products (PDFs).
- Customers outside the Netherlands will also not be charged VAT, in accordance with KOR regulations.
- Prices displayed in our store are final prices.
- Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
5. Payment
- We accept payments via PayPal or other listed payment gateways.
- Payment is required before digital delivery.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the product delivered.
- If a download fails due to technical issues, we will provide support to ensure the product is accessible.

- The customer is responsible for safely handling materials and tools when following our guides.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch law, subject to applicable consumer protection regulations.
